Robert Hebron, Partner

New York

For over 30 years, Bob has developed a thorough knowledge of state insurance law, regulation, and how to maximize the top and bottom-line contributions of a life insurer’s business units. Having spent half his career as an insurance lawyer and the other half as a client, Bob offers a unique perspective on legal issues coupled with a clear understanding of the challenges facing his clients.

Rick Pasquier, Partner


Rick is the newest partner to join our team in Philadelphia. For over 25 years as a general counsel and corporate lawyer, he has helped his clients exceed their goals navigating complex issues including business transactions, securities and venture finance, commercial contracts, litigation, compliance, regulatory affairs, human resources, and labor matters. Rick also serves as an adjunct professor at Temple University.

Danielle Kulp, Paralegal


Well versed in compliance policies and procedures for mutual funds and closed-end fund clients, Danielle is a top-notch paralegal who assists our attorneys with legal and compliance matters. With over 15 years of experience, Danielle helps with coordinating Board of Directors meetings, drafting client board meeting agendas, and securing material to distribute to board meeting participants.

Amy Nathanson, Executive Assistant to the COO


Amy works closely with Bob Elwood as his Executive Assistant. She handles billing, client development, scheduling, and various other tasks to help support his practice. With over 20 years of experience managing a variety of accounting, CRM, and online engagement systems, Amy is an operations expert.
