As a corporate law and general counsel attorney, she is well versed in navigating complex, dynamic, and delicate transactions. Tiffany enjoys her work with sophisticated clients, who demand high-level thinking and well-thought contractual structures. She provides value by working with clients to identify risks and concerns, prioritizing goals, and building a relationship structure among the parties that minimizes risks and facilitates practical working relationships.
Tiffany has expertise in communication, including its uses in negotiation and professional settings. She also developed software for use in client communication and opposing party negotiation and consults other attorneys on how to effectively deal with narcissistic and sociopathic personalities in litigation.
When not working, Tiffany can be found racing around with her 2 kids, husband and dog to sports, dinners out, and traveling. She lives in the Arizona desert (though a piece of her heart proudly resides in her home State of Texas) and she loves a difficult workout, a fabulous meal, great friends, and her family.
