ABOUT

Chad Kaffer brings more than twenty years of legal experience to Practus, where he focuses his practice on business, real estate, and commercial law. Over the course of his career, he has represented clients in a wide spectrum of matters, including general civil litigation, appellate advocacy, and transactional work. This breadth of experience enables Chad to craft practical, forward-looking strategies tailored to protect and advance his clients’ interests across diverse legal landscapes.

He works closely with businesses at every stage of their lifecycle—advising on formation, guiding hiring and employee management practices, drafting and negotiating complex agreements and commercial leases, and navigating land acquisitions. When disputes arise, Chad draws on his litigation background to resolve issues effectively, whether through skillful negotiation or aggressive representation in court. His clients value his ability to balance legal precision with business pragmatism, making him a trusted advisor and advocate for organizations seeking long-term success.

When Chad is not working, you’ll find him playing music with his friends.
