Holly Einspahr brings 30+ years of experience in human resources to her role as HR Specialist at Practus. Holly manages the Practus payroll, insurance benefits including 401(k), onboarding, staff engagement initiatives, and end-of-year reporting. Holly always has an eye toward improving employee productivity and efficiency and is a proven leader and effective problem solver. She has vast experience writing employee handbooks, implementing office policies, and introducing new procedures to the team.
Holly spent the first ten years of her career in the Valley of the Sun where she worked as a legal secretary for the Managing Partner of a prestigious law firm. Moving from Michigan to Arizona was quite the change, and she’s never looked back! For the past 25 years she was responsible for all aspects of law firm administration, with a special emphasis on human resource and employee management (including payroll processing, insurance benefits, retirement programs, hiring and terminations, and rewards programs) for a mid-sized full-service law firm located in North Scottsdale.
When not working, Holly enjoys travel, reading, spending time with her husband Mike, and doesn’t let her frustration with golf keep her from playing.
