In this role, she oversees the systems, platforms, and strategic frameworks that support how the firm operates, scales, and adapts in a rapidly evolving legal market, with a particular focus on aligning systems, processes, and decision-making to the firm’s virtual model.
Valerie works closely with executive leadership, attorneys, and external partners to evaluate and implement technology solutions, optimize workflows, and guide strategic initiatives across the firm. Her remit also includes oversight of marketing and brand strategy as a core component of Practus’ growth strategy, ensuring that the firm’s external presence, messaging, and market positioning are aligned with its operational model and long-term vision.
Off the clock, Valerie lives in Phoenix with her husband and two children, where she is creating an urban ranch alongside a constantly evolving pack of animals. When it’s time to escape the desert inferno, she enjoys exploring the beauty of Northern Arizona, and traveling back home to the Central Coast of California. At work and at home, she is driven by creating thoughtful systems that support balance, clarity, and growth.
