As Vice President of Operations & Culture, Tracey is involved in all aspects of operations, having her finger on the pulse of what makes the Practus engine run. Her role is to help develop, manage, and communicate about the systems and processes at our firm, providing our attorneys what they need, when they need it, so they can focus on what they do best: serving their clients. She manages the onboarding of new attorneys and staff, helping them make connections with their colleagues on day one and get acclimated to how we work. She develops communications to ensure the team is informed and aligned with corporate initiatives and news. And she is responsible for building a vibrant and robust culture at Practus that is second to none and sets us apart from other law firms. One of her greatest passions is creating opportunities to grow relationships, community, and connections within our team.
In all her areas of responsibility, her experience as a Strategic Planner at one of the country’s top advertising agencies provides a unique and broader perspective around operations, marketing, communications, client relationships, and the importance of a company’s culture. In everything she does, Tracey is all about one of the key tenets of Practus – fostering a balanced environment where people live the lives they love, while loving the work they do.
And speaking of living the lives they love, Tracey loves spending time with her family and friends. When she’s not working, you’ll find her either playing tennis, playing games, playing with her dog, or laughing at, or with, her husband and two crazy college-aged children.
