As a Billing Clerk, Peggy Nasser works closely with our Firm Administrator and our Accounting Team to manage our client accounts. Peggy is integral in helping set up client matters and assisting with the billing needs of our attorneys and clients. Peggy has spent 20+ years working in law firms as a legal assistant, helping Commercial Litigation partners and associates with filings, pleadings, docketing, and summaries. Prior to joing Practus, Peggy worked for Bondurant Mixson & Elmore, PLLC in Atlanta, GA. In addition to her Commercial Litigation background, Peggy has experience in Workers’ Compensation defense, Medical Malpractice defense, Insurance defense and Estate Planning.
When not working, you’ll find Peggy spoiling her basset hounds Floyd and Brutus. Additionally, she enjoys travel photography, watching movies and playing Scrabble. Traveling to New York City combining two of her loves – photography and movies – is a favorite.
