As a relationship builder at heart, Jenn thrives on coaching managers through complex situations, employee engagement, or navigating policy and compliance, she brings a grounded, thoughtful perspective to every challenge.
Throughout her years in Human Resources Jenn has spent time practicing in industries such as banking, production manufacturing, and technology. Most recently she has spent the last 6 years in the technology SaaS space helping ClockShark and Simpro Software LLC scale on a global level.
