ABOUT

Dan has nearly two decades of experience as a Chief Financial Officer and advisor to management teams and financial sponsors. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, governance, restructuring, M&A, divestitures, and valuation. His expertise includes driving change and value enhancement through bold actions aimed at unlocking operational and financial efficiencies and new sources of growth.

Throughout his career, Dan has worked for, or advised private equity-backed and public companies in a multitude of industries including technology, consumer, ecommerce, energy, business services and manufacturing. Furthermore, he has served as a CFO and CEO for companies throughout a transformation and/or restructuring process. Previously, Dan was a Managing Director in turnaround and restructuring services for two international consulting firms and was a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey. Dan started his career at Deloitte in its audit and assurance practice.

Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons (with a third on the way) and two golden retrievers. He has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, camping, Jeeping and backpacking in the mountains of Colorado, Utah and Arizona.
