As Practus’ Employee Benefits Director, Colleen Riske leads the firm’s employee benefits strategy and program, partnering with our leadership team to develop thoughtful, cost-effective benefits that support our team members, their families, and our business objectives. With nearly two decades of experience in the employee benefits industry, she brings a well-rounded perspective, having worked with organizations of all sizes across a wide range of industries throughout the United States. Colleen believes benefits are more than insurance—they’re an important part of a company’s culture and one of the most meaningful ways an organization invests in its people.
Prior to joining Practus, Colleen spent more than 11 years with Amalyn Consulting, a Member of The Partners Group, where she advised employers on benefits strategy and partnered with executive leadership teams to align benefits programs with broader business goals. Earlier in her career, she supported large employer groups at MetLife with up to 10,000 covered members, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both the strategic and operational aspects of employee benefits.
