As the Operations and Culture Specialist, Cam Abresch supports onboarding initiatives and ensures new employees feel welcomed, prepared, and set up for success from day one. She is an integral member of the Operations and Culture team, enhancing the employee experience, strengthening internal processes, and supporting cross-functional coordination. Cam brings more than six years of experience in executive support, event management, hiring and onboarding, internal communications and marketing, and project management.
Previously, Cam worked in higher education as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership, coordinating large-scale initiatives and events, and strengthening internal operations. With a strong customer service foundation, she brings a people-first mindset, sharp anticipatory skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Outside of work, Cam enjoys watching movies (a mix of classics and new releases), painting (especially watercolor), spending time with friends and her cat, Noodle, and going to the beach whenever she can. She also loves reading and baking bread (you have to try her focaccia!) and she’s always excited to try a new recipe!
