TRACEY WATSON

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Tracey uses her diverse skills as a former strategic planner and account manager from one of the country’s top ad agencies to plan, direct, and coordinate the support services for our staff.  She leads our onboarding team, helping to transition each lawyer and staff member to our firm. Her goal is to help our attorneys have everything they need, when they need it, so they can focus on what they do best: serving their clients. Tracey’s passion is to create a strong sense of community and connection through responsive and efficient operations, clear communications and an engaging and vibrant company culture. 

Outside of work Tracey loves spending time with her family and friends. You’ll either find her playing tennis, coaching half marathon runners, or laughing at, or with, her husband and two crazy teenage children.
