ABOUT

Molly is a Labor and Employment attorney who has built her career successfully defending employers in employment litigation and administrative proceedings. She is well versed in all areas of labor and employment law, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA matters, equal pay claims, wrongful discharge, collective and class action defense, e-discovery, wage and hour claims, drug and alcohol testing, labor relations/union negotiation (management representation), and reductions in force. Molly also has extensive experience in litigating covenant not to compete or solicit and trade secret cases.

Molly regularly counsels and trains employers on best practices for reducing risk and litigation and maintaining a productive workforce. Working closely with management, human resources professionals and in house counsel to help them understand the law and potential risks, she advises her clients on how to develop a proactive approach to avoid conflict before it arises. Molly assists employers with interviewing and hiring practices and decisions, conducting workplace investigations, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, management and employee training, determining solutions for employees with medical or other situations, disciplining employees, termination decisions and procedures, and employee matters during mergers, acquisitions, reductions in force, and dissolution.

Molly has been consistently named as one of the Top 25 Female Attorneys in Oklahoma by SuperLawyers and repeatedly named an Oklahoma SuperLawyer in Labor and Employment Litigation for eight years running. Molly received the Mona Lambird Spotlight Award, which is awarded to five female attorneys in Oklahoma each year who have distinguished themselves in the legal profession. Molly has also been recognized nationally for her work in labor and employment in Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyers, and Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. She is a frequent speaker at Labor and Employment related seminars and conferences.

Molly knows the value of hard work and teamwork, having grown up on a farm. When she is not working hard for her clients, you’ll find Molly cheering on her daughter at the soccer fields, enjoying time spent with family and friends, working to improve her community, and returning back to her family’s farm during harvest to pitch in and help out.
