Sony accuses Cox Communications of helping infringers pirate some of the most popular musical works of our time by allowing downloading and distribution of works over Internet sites of their subscribers. Now, the U.S. Supreme Court is contemplating Cox’s liability and that of all Internet providers if their services are being used to infringe copyrights.
