Steve spent 20 years as a parity partner at Freeman Freeman & Smiley, LLP, handling major litigation matters in all manner of business disputes, with a heavy emphasis on Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Entertainment (film and television) as well as transactional work in both Entertainment and Intellectual Property transactions. While there, he served as the vice chair of their Litigation Dept. He also spent time as a Senior Attorney at Theodora Oringher and as a partner at a Beverly Hills boutique law firm.
