For over 20 years, Paul Cimino has served as in-house and fractional outside legal counsel to private and public companies in the software, technology, manufacturing, and other industries. Paul’s broad and deep business experience informs his sound, ethical strategic counseling, as well as day-to-day advice, for the C-Suite and throughout the enterprise.
Paul routinely handles a wide range of legal matters, including commercial arrangements (such as software and technology licensing and services, privacy, confidentiality and non-disclosure documentation, VAR/distribution arrangements, employment policies and documentation), mediation and other dispute resolution, commercial real estate arrangements, and outside counsel management.
When not working to help companies grow and prosper, Paul spends time outdoors whenever possible, listens to all kinds of music (he’s a former college DJ), and enjoys reading and retaining lots of obscure nonfiction to maintain his edge over you at trivia night.
