Before joining Practus, Nikki worked in private practice and spent more than nine years as in-house counsel for a statewide real estate trade association. In that role, she advised leadership on legal, regulatory, governance, and operational matters and participated in work groups responsible for drafting and revising Arizona residential real estate contract forms. Her combination of in-house and private practice experience allows her to understand legal issues from both the client’s and outside counsel’s perspectives.
