Molly also has extensive experience in litigating covenant not to compete or solicit and trade secret cases.
Molly regularly counsels and trains employers on best practices for reducing risk and litigation and maintaining a productive workforce. Working closely with management, human resources professionals and in house counsel to help them understand the law and potential risks, she advises her clients on how to develop a proactive approach to avoid conflict before it arises.
