Prior to joining Practus, Kevin worked at Rothwell, Figg, Ernst, & Manbeck P.C., as an Associate. Kevin’s focus was, and continues to be, on trademark prosecution and the nuances involved in this space. He has a breadth of experience working on hundreds of files, each with their own distinctive characteristics and variations. Through this, Kevin has been able to get better outcomes for his clients, address their specific and individual needs, and help guide them as to when to argue against an Examiner’s determination.
