Gregg A. Kinney is a civil defense litigator who has developed wide-ranging experience in a variety of practice areas. He has focused his career on trials involving complex litigation matters in the areas of: Toxic tort benzene exposure, Products liability, Commercial, Premises liability, Governmental and civil rights, Employment Law, Jones Act and maritime, and Trucking liability.
Gregg has extensive experience representing his clients throughout Illinois and Missouri in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in toxic tort litigation in the Midwest, including cases alleging exposure to benzene and PFAS, since 2005. Gregg represents municipalities and police departments in constitutional claims, including deprivation of civil rights and police misconduct, as well as school districts and municipalities in general liability matters. In addition, he represents local casinos, and colleges and universities throughout Missouri, in personal injury and premises liability claims. He also represents his clients in employment litigation.
When he’s not working, you can find Gregg enjoying traveling, studying financial markets, and spending time with his family. He put in many years as a basketball and football coach for his sons but has recently entered the empty-nester phase of life.
