Molly Aspan clinches Chambers Ranking  – Again

Authored by Valerie Spengler

Chambers and Partners, the leading legal industry researcher, has ranked Practus attorney Molly Aspan as a premier Labor and Employment lawyer in Oklahoma for 2024 (Band 3). The company produces international rankings for the top 2% of lawyers and law firms across 200 districts. Being ranked is considered one of the most prestigious measures of professional acumen and reputation. Aspan has been ranked by Chambers in Labor and Employment since 2018.

Clients spoke, Chambers heard

In establishing their rankings, Chambers interviews the clients and colleagues of attorneys submitted for consideration. Researchers considered Aspan’s robust experience defending employers in employment litigation and administrative proceedings. They also noted her strong history of counseling and advising on employee matters, policy development and implementation, and investigations.

Integral role on management teams

Aspan says while she enjoys working with businesses to navigate tricky situations with employees, she recognizes she’s not generating revenue for them, so it makes the Chambers ranking even more of an honor.

“It solidifies that my clients appreciate having me as an integral part of their internal management team. There’s nothing more rewarding than being recognized by my clients in the business community.”

Molly Aspan practices Labor and Employment law in Oklahoma, where she has built her career successfully advising and defending employers in employment litigation and administrative proceedings. She also has extensive experience in litigating trade secret cases and covenant not to compete or solicit across a wide range of industries.
