Cre8te Summit 2026 will take place in Seattle on May 14–15. This two-day conference is designed to help creators, founders, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and operators build the systems that turn creative work into sustainable businesses. Tim Billick will speak on a core issue for creators—intellectual property. His lecture, “Pitfalls in IP for Independent Creators,” will take place on May 14 and he will be taking additional questions May 15 in an “Ask Me Anything” style lecture.
Billick says, “We’ll discuss actionable steps that any entrepreneur can take to safeguard their IP and thrive in an uncertain environment. We’ll also make sure to share the most common mistakes I’ve seen people regarding their IP. I love being a part of this community and I’m excited to help as many people as I can.”
