As our Vice President of Recruiting, Stephanie Recupero is responsible for helping grow our firm. While her primary focus is on recruiting attorneys to join Practus, she also contributes to strategic planning, brand development, and marketing. She has more than 20 years of experience developing brand strategies and building business plans for global companies including Reebok and uses this expertise to help create and execute integrated marketing and revenue programs. Stephanie’s mission is to find people who share our vision of practicing law in a smarter, more efficient way that benefits both clients and attorneys. If Stephanie is not in the office, you will probably find her on a soccer pitch, basketball court, or baseball field supporting her three children who are all busy playing sports. And don’t be surprised if you find her out there kicking the ball herself. As a former D-1 All-American college soccer player, she likes to relive her glory days and show her kids she’s still got game.
