Monica Mounts, a Legal Billing Clerk, is part of our Accounting Team. She is responsible for data entry and processing related to expenses, retainers, hourly and fixed fee billings. She works with attorneys and staff to produce drafts and edits on prebills, ensuring we are following our client’s guidelines. She also assists with opening new client and matter files in our system.
Prior to joining our team, Monica served as a medical billing professional with expertise in insurance claims processing, payment posting, and revenue cycle management.
In her free time, you’ll find Monica out on the water with her dog, River. She also enjoys hiking and kayaking as well as dancing and acting!
