Emilie has a comprehensive understanding and experience with the preparation and review of registration statements and regulatory filings for mutual funds, ETFs, and closed-end funds including XBRL and Section 16 filings. She is proficient with ETF exchange listings, drafting legal documents, and handling complex transactions.
Prior to joining Practus, Emilie served as a Senior Paralegal Analyst with Principal Financial Group, Inc. There she supported her legal teams with preparation, review, and filing of registration statements for mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, and variable life products.
Away from the office, Emilie and her husband can be found running around to keep up with their two energetic sons and their giant Bernese Mountain Dog, Duke. They enjoy outdoor activities, travel, and spending time with family.
