Brian is an experienced appellate advocate and has argued numerous cases in appellate courts, including the Washington Supreme Court. He also has represented healthcare clients in dozens of administrative hearings and judicial review proceedings, as well as in connection with government investigations and agency rulemaking actions.

Prior to joining Practus, Brian was a partner at Perkins Coie in Seattle, where he represented healthcare clients on regulatory and litigation matters. Brian earlier practiced health law at Bennett Bigelow & Leedom and Dorsey & Whitney, also in Seattle.
