As our Recruiter, Dawn Arcos is responsible for assisting our VP of Recruiting to help grow our firm. Her main goal is to connect with potential candidates interested in making the move to join Practus.
While Dawn’s focus is to recruit attorneys and grow our firm, she is a number cruncher at heart, and loves spreadsheets. She assists with the preparation of proformas for recruiting calls as well as maintains the communication and organizational systems for the Recruiting department. With more than 15 years of experience in financial management, Dawn has spent her career as an accomplished and dedicated financial professional and operations manager. She is well versed in driving quality assurance practices, compliance policies, and operational processes. She has a proven record of cultivating strategic relationships with internal teams and departments, prioritizing improvement strategies and defining quality standards across many industries, including government contracting, healthcare, and sales and marketing.
When Dawn is not working, you’ll find her spending time with her family on the beach in the summer or curled up with a book in the cooler months. She loves to travel and is always planning her next adventure! She’s a health and wellness education junkie and enjoys learning how food and holistic remedies can heal the body. Her passion is helping others to live cleaner lifestyles by recommending clean beauty, health and wellness products she markets.
