Kyler bridges the gap between legal operations and risk management. She collaborates closely with attorneys and other departments to conduct thorough conflict checks, analyze complex corporate relationships, and interpret ethical guidelines across jurisdictions. Whether reviewing new client engagements, lateral hires, or cross-border matters, she brings precision, discretion and sound judgement to every decision. Prior to joining Practus, Kyler worked as a Compliance Associate & Conflict Specialist at RSM US LLP, an audit, tax and consulting firm where she focused on the middle market performing internal audits on external client facing employees. She has also spent more than five years working at a cybersecurity law firm where she gained experience leading the administrative team.
In her spare time, Kyler loves to travel and explore cultural delicacies outside of her Caribbean upbringing. She finds enjoyment in time spent with her family, reading books, shopping and watching movies.
