Adam Sultan has a diverse background as an attorney, entrepreneur, and executive, that allows him to provide his clients with a strategic and thoughtful approach through all types of business events and transactions. He regularly serves as an Outside General Counsel to clients, acting as an informed, go-to advisor for any needs that arise. Adam also focuses on helping individuals and companies launch new ventures, guiding them from initial idea and concept through setting up financing, teams and operations.
Adam works with a range of public and private companies with a particular focus on digital media and entertainment, including social media, video games, licensing, consumer electronics, e-commerce, software and high technology.
Adam serves as a board member of Innovation: Africa, a non-profit organization which brings solar, water and agricultural innovations to rural African villages. When he’s not working, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, any sort of fitness, used bookstores, hiking and going to concerts.

Adam began his career as a business and finance attorney in one of the country’s largest law firms. Following that he served as General Counsel, SVP Business Affairs for a publicly traded interactive entertainment company. He has also served as General Counsel, Head of Business Development for a privately held conglomerate of consumer products companies.
Additionally, Adam is the founder of a social media content studio and has served as a sponsor of over 40 multi-family real estate transactions.
