Andy Heger
Andy Heger joins us from Los Angeles and specializes in employment law, general litigation, and estate planning. In his more than 20 years as an attorney, Andy’s clients have ranged from large banks to Fortune 100 companies, to four Major League Baseball teams, and to individual couples and families planning for their futures.  He has extensive experience with employment-related investigations and executive compensation issues, as well as litigation and trial of discrimination and harassment claims. 

John Swhear
John is an Indianapolis-based attorney with a powerful combination of expertise in the areas of securities, corporate governance, investment advisers, broker-dealers, compliance, mutual funds, intellectual property, and insurance. Over the past 25 years, John has built extensive knowledge in the 1933 Act, the 1934 Act, Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

John Ramírez
John has been providing business, legal, regulatory, and strategic advice to clients for twenty years, most recently as Founder and Principal of Accredence. John is based in Philadelphia. His clients span a variety of industries, including financial services, private equity, real estate, renewable energy, insurance, healthcare, consumer products, and e-commerce. He has assisted and advised in over $1 billion in transactions, including public and private offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
