Terry is a general corporate, technology and securities transactions attorney whose practice focuses on emerging company financing, joint venture and strategic partnering relationships, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection and licensing, and all forms of technology transactions. Terry has advised clients in various market sectors including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, banking, real estate, consumer products, and entertainment. He has represented companies ranging from startups to multinationals, as well as hedge fund and institutional investors.
Terry followed a circuitous path to practicing law, having first been a truckdriver, autoworker, and rock drummer in New York, as well as a Project Director for the United States Department of Justice National Crime Survey. He also has run many marathons, been a modestly talented rugby player, and continues to be an avid hiker, amateur musician, and classical movie fan. Terry spends much of his current time with his wife, daughters and extended family in Florida and being humiliated at tennis by his grandson.
