Michael J. Stabile provides legal advisory services to various businesses across multiple industries. He advises his clients during all facets of the business lifecycle, from startup, to operations, funding, marketing, business development, sales channel development, merger, acquisition, and strategic exit strategies. Michael has represented various private interests for placement of capital into small to midsized companies, and has taken active roles in development of strategic partnerships in areas of technology and supply chain development. He has also worked with many private equity partners, accounting and law firms, private equity groups, business consulting firms, executive teams, and high-net-worth entrepreneurs. Michael started his legal career as a partner in a general practice firm in Boston.
When he’s not working, Michael enjoys keeping busy across a variety of interests. He’s a big sports fan, enjoying college and professional levels, playing tennis, pickle ball and golf. He also plays guitar, in his words “just well enough to say I play.” And when he’s not enjoying a good glass of wine and a good meal at his favorite restaurants, you can find him in the kitchen himself, cooking up a meal for the blessings in his life, his wife Karen, and their four children.
