Brad represents producers, investment funds, and independent sponsors in the exploration and production (E&P) sector of the oil and gas industry in both U.S. and foreign markets. He handles a broad spectrum of transactional, dispute and regulatory work, including certain niche cross border and capital markets transaction services. Clients depend on Brad’s experience-based insights regarding operations, development, finance, and tax matters to meet the challenges associated with periods of oil price volatility. Recognizing that these challenges also provide strategic opportunities for E&P operators and their capital partners, Brad actively participates in industry networks worldwide to facilitate deal flow and the sharing of ideas and connections.
Before joining Practus, Brad was a partner in a historic Texas law firm known for its accomplishments in upstream oil and gas and an Am Law firm’s energy practice.
